New Developments
Aasabi has developed some new equipments in Lab Extruders first time in India:

• Aasabi has developed split barrel that opens longitudinally like compass box. This makes it user friendly to clean screws and barrel from inside. The screws are easy to remove and re-fit.
• Aasabi has developed melt spinning extrusion for Nano Fibers. These fibers in woven / nonwoven fabrics are bullet proof and used in Defense.
• Aasabi has developed Lab Conical Twin Screw Extruder for extrusion at high temperature (as high as 450°C) and at low pressure. The MoC used is abrasive resistance material.
• Aasabi has developed Catalytic Extruder for processing catalysts.
• Aasabi has developed Reactive Extrusion process to control residence time for the reactive components.
• Aasabi has developed Capillary Tube Extruder for Rheological studies
• Aasabi has developed Viscosity and Torque measurement Software for polymers.
